After working with Daniel Kracer to sell my property, I can wholeheartedly say that I'm so grateful he was my realtor. The first day I met him, he helped me stage my property, hired a professional photographer, performed a very detailed market analysis, and addressed all of my questions. He was extremely proactive with a variety of marketing techniques to promote my property, was very professional, and was always available. We held 2 open houses within one weekend and on the next day we had multiple offers, several at asking price. Within a week we were under contract and at an over-asking price! He is an excellent negotiator, communicator and always provided me with updates throughout the entire process. He is also a wonderful listener and was open to hearing and discussing my points of view. He had a way to turn any negative into a positive.
